A disturbing phenomenon known as “gangstalking” has emerged, targeting individuals through coordinated harassment and psychological manipulation. This insidious practice, often masked within communities, aims to isolate, discredit, and ultimately destroy the lives of its victims.
What is Gangstalking?
Gangstalking involves the systematic targeting of an individual, often due to their activism, whistle-blowing activities, or dissenting political or ideological views. The tactics employed are designed to create an environment of constant surveillance, harassment, and psychological distress.
Tactics of Terror
The methods used in gangstalking are diverse and insidious, including:
- Illegal Surveillance: Bugs placed in homes, workplaces, and vehicles, along with illegal wiretapping, monitor every aspect of the target’s life.
- Data Theft: Personal and private documents, including medical and financial records, are illegally accessed and investigated.
- Waves of Criminal Activity: Vandalism, poisoning, break-ins, theft, and even sexual assault plague the target’s life.
- Digital Intrusions: Hacking of electronic devices and harassment through phone calls, texts, and emails.
- Isolation: Ostracization by entire communities based on slander and rumors, often outright lies.
- Organized Harassment and Stalking: Law enforcement, private security firms, and ordinary citizens participate in organized harassment and stalking.
- Everyday life breaks and street theatre: Flat tires, sleep deprivation, drugging food, putting dirt on targets property. Mass strangers doing things in public to annoy targets. These strangers might get text messaged to be at a specific time and place, and perform a specific action.
The Psychological Assault
Beyond physical and digital intrusions, gangstalking employs psychological tactics to break down the target’s mental state:
- Conditioning: Victims are sensitized to certain stimuli, such as coughs, hand gestures, colors, or car headlights, creating a constant state of hyper-awareness and anxiety.
- Anchoring: False rationales are provided for the harassment, keeping the victim confused and self-doubting.
- Street Theatre: Groups “perform” overt activities, such as fake confrontations or scenarios designed to test the target’s reactions.
- Voice to Skull (V2K): Directional speakers are used to transmit voices directly into the target’s head, causing them to doubt their sanity.
- Sleep Deprivation: Victims are deliberately woken multiple times a night, leading to exhaustion, impaired concentration, and increased irritability.
- Gaslighting: Psychological manipulation is used to undermine the victim’s sense of reality, causing them to doubt their sanity and self-worth.
- Blackbag Jobs: Breaking into a victim’s property and placing or moving something. The purpose is to cause self doubt, and fear that their property is being accessed which harassers try to then sell as paranoia.
The Role of Technology
Reports indicate the use of advanced technology in gangstalking operations. This includes directional speakers for V2K, electronics to affect eyesight and balance (“dazzling”), and community harassment techniques like amplified sound campaigns.

A United Nations document describes harassment techniques that mirror those reported by targeted individuals. These include surveillance, profile building, conditioning, anchoring, mobbing, street theatre, directional speakers (V2K), electronic interference, and sleep deprivation.
A Call to Awareness
Gangstalking is a clear and present danger to individual liberty and mental well-being. It is crucial to raise awareness about these tactics and support those who are targeted. The shadows are closing in, and silence is no longer an option.
